The process was explained in detail in terms easy to understand and we were always kept informed about anything having upcoming so there were never any surprises. On a scale of 1-10, I would give Team Armand a 20. I knew my house would be hard to sell for a number of reasons, including a unique design which is not generally what the average house buyer is looking for. Long story short, Team Armand guided me thru the whole process, including unexpected (and expensive) adversity, eventually finding the perfect buyers...All this in the short space of 5 months.
