Armand is the best of the best! He was recommended from our friends who bought a house about a year ago and he helped us buy our first home just about one month ago. As first time buyers, we were absolutely clueless and Armand made it very easy and taught us a lot along the way. He knows everyone to go to- he set us up with a great lawyer and inspector. The lawyer that he recommended us is actually right in his office building, so its very convenient when you have ANY questions in the final closing process. The idea of buying a house was intimidating and a little overwhelming. Trying to decide where to live how much space, kitchen space verse two car garage.
