Armand is the best of the best! He was recommended from our friends who bought a house about a year ago and he helped us buy our first home just about one month ago. As first time buyers, we were absolutely clueless and Armand made it very easy and taught us a lot along the way. He knows everyone to go to- he set us up with a great lawyer and inspector. The lawyer that he recommended us is actually right in his office building, so its very convenient when you have ANY questions in the final closing process. Also- it is/seems to be a very stressful process trying to buy a house from the moment you put an offer down until the closing paperwork, but Armand was so calm and cool about everything that we didn't sweat it at all! *And I have to mention, I texted him about the house we found (the one we eventually bought) at 11pm on a Friday to schedule a viewing and he answered me.... what a guy!!
