Arlene has proven herself to be an AMAZING REALTOR time and time again. This was our 4th time calling on her to assist us with a home. As with every other time, she was diligent, extremely knowledgeable, and very responsive. With this home purchase, we were relocating back to the Atlanta area. Since we werent in Atlanta when our home search started, Arlene offered to video call with us as she toured the homes on our behalf. As she toured the properties, she pointed out potential structural issues and other things that we would probably have missed during an initial walk thru. After she had visited a few homes, she had a better picture of what we were looking for and was able to pick a great list of homes for us to tour when we arrived. We chose a home from her list, and Arlene worked to negotiate the best possible deal for us. I would recommend Arlene to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Atlanta area.
