My family was looking for a new build at a stage where it was still early enough to customize - a hard find as usually these are still off-market or unavailable entirely. In one afternoon Arlene was able to show us sites or plans with 5 different builders all in our desired town. She helped facilitate a pre-planning meeting with the builder to ensure we were all on the same page of customization before we got into contract. She even went above and beyond and brought toys and doughnuts to the meeting to occupy our small children (ages 3 & 8 months at the time) who we had in tow that day!
