Arlene Elefante is truly a real estate professional. We convinced my dad to sell the house as he was getting older and in assisted living an hour and a half away. It was a very difficult time for him as his family owned the property for many years. He met with Arlene and he liked her immediately as she walked him through the process and explained the details which put him at ease. He thought she was very professional. It took us approximately 4 - 5 months to get the house cleaned out, do repairs, get new carpeting, paint, etc. I lived two hours away and Arlene was always there to open the house for all that had to be done. Arlene went above and beyond just being a real estate agent. She brought her own items into the house to stage the house for showing and open houses. The house sold in a very short time.
