I am a first time home buyer so probably had more questions than the average buyer, and she was always patient with my questions on the process. We lost a bidding war on a home we wanted, but Arianna told us about a new listing in the same area in which we wanted to live as soon as it came on the market, and we were able to buy it. We like it much better than the house we lost. Homes in that area don?t stay on the market long, and we were fortunate to get the second home at a fair price. Arianna also negotiated a good deal on the sale of our home.
