Ari is a full-service broker that provides you with the personalized service one does not receive when working with large agencies that are dealing with so many clients, so they fail to give you the attention you need. Ari was there on location from beginning to end anytime there was an inspection or other activities needed for the sale. For example, she met with her photographer who was there taking the needed photos for the presentation, the clients, the fire department, the appraisal team, the building inspection and many more. Her narrative for the property made the property stand out in comparison to the others in this competitive market. She also provided me with much needed contacts such as the radon company I had to hire to install a mitigation system, an insect exterminator, and a lawyer (her husband, Paul) who is an expert on real estate law, and a 1031 Exchange Company that was needed for exchange of my rental property to another property that saved me over 160,000 in taxes by completing the exchange. Without having all these professionals referred to me by Ari that are required to complete the real estate transaction, the sale of my property would have been extremely problematic and insurmountable. Ari was able to do many of the important tasks such as having me sign all documents via DocuSign and even have the closing without me needing to be there. In fact, I never had to visit her office, and I had total confidence with her and her husband representing me at the closing. Ari is well versed in all areas of real estate, and I should know as I hold a real estate license myself, but I recognized representing myself is never a good idea as the potential sellers may feel I am biased and not objective in the presentation. Ari informed me what I needed to do to get my house for sale in this competitive market. When someone tried to low ball me for a price, Ari was quick to let me know her comps were on target. When the house was appraised by the bank for the clients' mortgage, Ari's appraisal was on target. Some agents appraise real estate too high to get you as a client, and others too low just to get a sale regardless of your loss. Thank you, Ari, for giving me the one-on-one help I needed to sell my property. It was so nice dealing with one person who is an expert in all the dynamics to sell your property rather than a multitude of sales reps who will all have various levels of experience and who do not give you the personalized service Ari provided me.
