I had been searching for a home in Crestline for the last 2 years with a realtor who really wasn't experienced when it came to the mountain. I was on social media when I came across a post, a person was looking for referrals for a realtor that new the mountain and can help them look for a home. Ardee came up more than once! So I contacted her asked her if she would help me find a home and she said yes. Now when I tell you this lady really knows her stuff, she really does! She's professional, honest and will tell you the truth. What I love most about Ardee is she holds no punches and will tell it like it is, not like one of those sheisty realtors that just wants to stick you with a home for their own benefit, she really thinks about the best interest of you and your family. Might I add that she's funny and personable. Made house hunting fun and letting me be me in the way i express myself (I'm known to cuss and can be kinda raw) which can make certain people give me the side eye but not her! Look bottom line if you're looking for a great realtor that knows her stuff then Ardee Jagt is your person hands down!! You won't be disappointed.

She had very nice photos taken that led to 8 offers on the place for sale. She understood what it took to get the sale to completion. I feel I made a friend as she was supportive through the blunders from the buyers appraiser. I accepted an offer $35k over the listing price. Now for the happy dance.
