Ara went above and beyond in the sale of my home. I worked with another real estate professional before Ara who was known as the go-to person in the area, and they were inattentive and did not put in nearly the effort that Ara did to get my home out there and sold. When things got crazy as we neared the closing, Ara stepped in and helped me tie up loose ends and made me feel calm. He worked well with all parties, explained everything in detail, and was available when I needed him. A true professional, and a great personality. I highly recommend his services--especially after working with another Realator who was supposedly the best in my area!
