Up front, Apryll was very motivated and present. But I live out of state and needed her to be my present eyes and keep me informed. As this was my first time to sell like this, I needed her to be in communication with me, but that wasn't my experience, and she was slow about getting back to me when I approached her with my questions and update. requests. There was always a "busy" excuse, but she was contracted to by my present representative. She has a good "fix-it" man on call and has some good contacts...some not so much. She did sell the house and I'm pleased about that, so I'll give her a 3*.

She does the leg work on getting your house out there with great pictures . Got everything lined up even having having a busy family life to work around. Did wonderful at the closing of letting me know what to do with bills and change over on things.
