April grew up in Sea Isle City and Attended Ocean City High School. She has a lifetime of commitment to the area, and prides herself on her local knowledge and personal relationships with members of the community. April has been an active real estate agent since 2010 and quickly gained recognition as a top producing agent in the Lower Township, Cape May, Middle Township and the Wildwood's markets. April stays current on real estate market trends through continuing education. She also obtained her Real Estate Broker License in 2013 with the goal of becoming better equipped to service her clients. Which also lead her to office management. April successfully managed the Wildwood Crest Long & Foster branch office for two consecutive years. April was also an instrumental part in the February 2016 Long & Fosters corporate acquisition of Wilsey Realty located in Cape May NJ. With much success April was able to manage both the Wildwood Crest location as well as the Cape May office for one year, before making a personal decision to focus solely on the Cape May Branch. In 2018 April was again asked to lead and manage an additional location in North Wildwood NJ. In 2020 April made the professional decision to transition from Managing Broker back to her sales and to focus solely on her client base. In 2021 April was approached by eXp Realty to serve as a Managing broker covering the state of NJ. Currently April along with her team oversee approximately 3,000 NJ eXp Realty Agents.
