As a military member who has rigid orders of when they can and cannot tour new areas they will be stationed at, it can make scoping out new areas or setting up appointments in advanced very difficult. She took all of this in perfect stride and was able to provide in-depth FaceTimes and videos of each house or apartment I asked her to view that made it feel like I was the one who walked around the space. She and her husband also did very thorough walk throughs of each space and caught every little thing that could pose an immediate or future issue with the space. They are very knowledgeable of the Oklahoma City housing market as well as the surrounding areas and have a well-based prediction on what each area will look like in the coming years. April was able to give me very accurate estimates of the cost and timing of everything involved through every step of the process from searching from a home, to putting in an application, getting inspections done, and closing paperwork. I would not have wanted to go through this process with any other and cannot recommend her enough!
