My ONLY complaint was the night before our signing to sell and buy another home she stopped responding to us. We texted, called, emailed and we heard nothing. Being that we were new at this whole process, when the person you hired and are paying to sell your home doesn't show up to the closing it is just unprofessional and IMO rude. If something came up why not let us know you can't make it? Or send one of your partners in your place? Anything besides just ignoring your clients.

ZillowVERIFIED When I say April working with was one of the best experiences I could have had as a first-time homeowner, I am not exaggerating. As a military member who has rigid orders of when they can and cannot tour new areas they will be stationed at, it can make scoping out new areas or setting up appointments in advanced very difficult. She took all of this in perfect stride and was able to provide in-depth FaceTimes and videos of each house or apartment I asked her to view that made it feel like I was the one who walked around the space. She and her husband also did very thorough walk throughs of each space and caught every little thing that could pose an immediate or future issue with the space. They are very knowledgeable of the Oklahoma City housing market as well as the surrounding areas and have a well-based prediction on what each area will look like in the coming years. April was able to give me very accurate estimates of the cost and timing of everything involved through every step of the process from searching from a home, to putting in an application, getting inspections done, and closing paperwork. I would not have wanted to go through this process with any other and cannot recommend her enough!

She took videos of the house to help us "walk through it". She gave her unvarnished opinion on the house, the neighborhood, every step of the process, everything. That made her worth her weight in gold. I felt like I had someone I could really trust instead of having to constantly interpret sales double-speak or second guess if she was just saying something to help close a deal or because she really thought it was good. We initially were supposed to be moving to Pensacola, and she spent uncounted hours searching for houses for us.
