The pandemic-induced recession and its impact on selling undeveloped land, no matter how appealing, seemed insurmountable. Then we met April Noessel. Her approach to actively marketing our property rather than simply passively listing it made all the difference and we had a buyer in six weeks! April and her teammates were on top of things from the get-go, including a weekly activity report that made it clear what they were doing to drive interest and attract buyers. She and her teammates said what they'd do and did what they said. They were able to communicate traditionally, and via email and text messages, as appropriate so the overhead for us was minimal. And once the sale was locked and we needed to clear out our barn and shipping container she referred us to her go-to junk removal service and the rest is history.
