I can never thank April and her team enough for all the hard work and special attention they gave to me and my family giving us the best we deserved. There is a good reason for their good reputation. We use VA home loan which would have been very challenging to do if they didn't help us find a home that had our wants with VA approving. And trust me there are a lot of laws and rulings and zonings and more that you'll have to consider. We finally found our forever home and land.

We had the pleasure to work with Joni and JP. On day 2 of looking at houses, Joni had presented us with our dream home. See, when looking at houses, Joni took the time to hear what we liked and what we didn't like about the houses we were looking at. After listening to my fiancA(C)s needs, my daughters needs and my needs, she presented us with the perfect home at the morning of day 2. When we interviewed Joni and J.P. we knew right off that we wanted them to help us find our new home in Loveland. We gave them a good size list of must haves that weren't going to compromise on and our top $. Joni's response was - you won't need to spend that much to get what you want.
