April Hunter is Awesome. I have nothing but good experiences with her. I have bought and sold a lot of houses and thought I knew how to do; I had a good history of doing it myself. Until I put my home on the market in a rural area and it did not move after 8 months. I had it priced below market value yet I wasn t getting any showings or offers. Nothing happen at all. The problem was the market was shifting and there were certain houses I just couldn t sell. April has approached me many times before over a period of several months. Finally, after enough much frustration I decided to give April and her team a try. In what seemed like no time at all we had 68 showings and a lot of offers. In the end we SOLD our house for the same price the other realtor hadn t been able to sell it for before I tried to sell it myself. If it weren t for April Hunter, I don t think we would have sold our home.

April Hunter is the REAL deal! Our home was on the market for a while with no activity, when it came time to try a new agent I gave April a try. I wanted to sell my home and have people who were not truly interested walking through my home! Our home was $900,000 so several people claimed they wanted to buy with our last agent but they couldn t get the deal done. I feel as though those buyers should have been qualified better, BUT once April stepped in she took away all the stress my family and I were having! April was very involved with our entire home selling process. She made sure each buyer we aware of all of our upgrades to get us the most money for our home. I ve already recommended April to alot of people. I say if you want to sell your house you need call her she will handle it for you! April is the best
