On a personal note, I went to school in Rye Town. I grew up in the Rye Brook/Port Chester area, and as an empty nester, and recently downsizing, I have the life experience of the whole cycle of real estate and lifestyle changes. From first time homebuyer, to moving up and raising a family and then downsizing once the children have married. Having lived, worked and raised a family within a 12 mile radius my entire life, I am very aware of the rewards and challenges all families face in our area regarding jobs, schools, taxes, and commuting. Extremely unprofessional. Doesn't pick up the phone but sends text messages. Sent a text message saying she was going to be showing the home the following day from 10am to 11am. We got there at 9:45am and she never showed up! Wasted our time and gas. She responds to our message at 10:45am saying she has multiple offers so she's not coming. Would NOT recommend

April was amazing. Our home was very well maintained but set up was a bit awkward. She was very persistent and never gave up. We had over 80 showings and numerous open houses. She was always there to answer questions, even when on vacation. I'm looking forward to buying a home with April.

April did a wonderful job for us in getting a great price for our home. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and was on top of everything, from having a photographer take great pictures of our home to helping us find a very good lawyer to complete the sale.
