As first-time homebuyers, April was patient with us and all of our questions. She was willing to work around our hectic work schedule and gather all of the information we needed about any true contenders to make an educated decision. When we first met her, she sat down with us and asked us to list all of our must haves and then what our dream house would consist of. This process really helped especially when we were iffy on a house as well as houses she suggested to us. In the end, we went with a home we saw on the very first "touring" weekend and made our bid. Little did we know that we would get into a "bidding war" on the first house we made an offer, which made us both very nervous. Thankfully, April was able to calm our nerves and negotiate a deal that worked for us. She was knowledgable about what was a fair offer for the area and size of the home.
