ZillowVERIFIEDHorrible experience. We had to take our own pictures of the property and then I had to call and ask why they hadn't been posted. There is a reason she has only sold 6 homes in a year. I am sorry she had to deal with the passing of one of her agents, my condolences to her family.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe were relocating from another state and wanted to buy right away to settle in before school started. April seemed professional, confident, eager to help us find our new home. Poor communication day of our arrival, without informing me, we met Dave (with whom I'd never spoken) instead. I cannot with good conscience recommend April and Dave ; unless you are willing to trustingly sign a Buyers Agreement to work exclusively with them before establishing a trust, or would possibly like investment property. Another agent we met knew the area well and showed more options on our first meeting and never pressured us to sign anything. We chose her.
