Prior to that we lived in Illinois and Oklahoma due to hubby's line of work. Our family consists of my wonderful husband Kris, our 6 yr old son Nik and our bunch of fur kiddos. I love traveling, meeting new people from different walks of life and cultures. I am dedicated to serving my clients and their satisfaction is my top priority. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Having moved a couple of times I have first hand knowledge of how moving can be. A resourceful agent can help make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. I will do my best to help my clients in making a well informed decision.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Selling a home can be stressful. Choosing an agent who will take the time to understand ones situation, is well versed in the field and who is committed to doing the best for each of their clients is very important. I am that person!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers, sellers and families looking to lease homes.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Few months ago I closed on a "estate" transaction. It involved 7 sellers with a very unique situation with regards to the will, probate, etc. It took 3 title companies trying to assist with only one who helped bring the deal to the closing table after 5 months. It was very stressful but in the end it was a win-win for all.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was given the wonderful opportunity to enter this industry by my good friend and mentor Donicia Whitman, broker/owner of Whitman Real Estate Group LLC. I worked as an unlicensed assistant under her guidance until I got my license in June 2018. I am and always will be thankful to her for everything.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
In the past year that I have been licensed I have achieved the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. I have also been keeping up with Continuing Education (CE) Classes so as to keep myself up to date on any and all current developements. In-depth knowledge, keen eye for things, and my drive to do the best for my clients is what I have to offer to my client family!
