I'm quite complex, but he trusted that we can find something within our needs and budget. One hour before a house can take no more offers, we drove up to our perfect home. Antonio worked quick to arrange for more timing for us to submit all our paperwork and offer at the exact moment when we decided that this was our home. At a fail from a first and second request, Antonio quickly tried to make light to the situation and give hope that there will be other houses within our budget. On our drive to the next house viewing that was scheduled for that day, Antonio was still trying his best to make the other option work. With Antonio's persistence, the seller finally became flexible. After receiving good offers who meet their deadline, they somehow showed compassion towards our humble family. And that was because Antonio couldn't accept no as an option. He was also sold on how this one house was our perfect fit. Just as my family works as a team, I need professionals who provide services to also work with us as a team. He could have easily said we are denied and missed the deadline and would have to look for another place, but he didn't. This person really believes in his work and really fights hard to make your dream house available. The consistence of renegotiating was a challenge he accepted to steer his clients away from disappointment. I think one of the main reasons he stands out from the rest is his transparency. It's easy to see his good heart, strong work ethics, passionate to meet his client's vision, and knowledgeable about the real-estate business. You will not be disappointed. I am so glad we found our real-estate agent for life and I will refer him to all my family and friends. Oh and another addition: He also works very fast. We found our house on Sept 30, offer was accepted on Oct 1st, and we closed on Oct 26. And we started shopping at the end of August. Our first time home buying experience took about 2 months from start to finish. The moment I met him, I gave him my timeline, and he met it! Everyone else thought my timing was unrealistic, but I'm a person that works fast and gets things done. I don't like to sit and wait, and I need someone to work quick with me. And Antonio was the perfect fit. Our family is blessed to have met him.
