ZillowVERIFIEDGreat agent! When I purchase my house I tried other agents and never got an offer approved, They didnt have grat nogotiation skills, they just waited to see what happened. When I met Antonio Atoche I knew He was going to find me and get my house. The first day He went to show us houses, We kind of liked one and submitted an offer, at this point I thought it was impossible to get an offer approved, since We had been rejected so many times. Antonio had us wait at the car and went back to the house to talk to the owner, five minutes later He came back with the good news that They aproved the offer. I honestly hadt liked the house a lot and backed out on my offer I thought Antonio was going to get upset, but He wasnt and kept sending us houses to check out until We found it.
