Heres what I know to be true of Anthony: ? - Relationships matter more to Anthony than transactions. He understands that the buying/selling or real estate is an important life event for most people and their families. One of the most impressive qualities Ive witnessed about Anthony is he always finds a way to see things from the perspective of his customers. He hustles FOR you, but he never rushes you. He seeks to inform you. He always operates in a way that lowers the stress of this process and provides you with peace of mind. ? - Not only does he posses a ton of knowledge, but he also has the rare ability to communicate complex information in a way his customers can understand. As a fellow professional service provider, this something I can tell you separates the great ones. Most people are knowledgeable about what they do, very few can communicate effectively to people who are non-experts. ? - Hes organized and Hes responsive! When we listed a property of mine back in 2019, Anthony communicated the plan and our to do list. Every scheduled task was accomplished on time, and far exceed my expectations. The total turnaround, from prelisting work, to listing, to receiving offers, all the way to close, happened in an unbelievably short window. There wasnt anything that surprised me or caught me off guard because Anthony had prepared me for what to expect. Any time I texted, called, or emailed Anthony, his response time was virtually instant. ? - (This is my Favorite thing about Anthony!) I get to work with all kinds of Individuals and Small Businesses owners in my profession. What I find in a lot of cases, is that entrepreneurs and business owners feel they need to separate their personal beliefs and values from their business life. Thats not the case with Anthony. He is a high character man driven by an enormous amount faith and values, and he doesnt leave that at home when he goes to work for you! For the reasons above and many more, I leave this 5-star review with zero hesitation. For as long as Anthony is active as a real estate professional, hell represent and advise me and my family in all our real estate decisions. More importantly hes a part of my firms inner circle of trusted advisors, which means when my customers need an agent, Anthony is who I refer them too!
