Fantastic. Dedicated. Ambitious. If you take the time to read this, then you are probably in a similar starting point as I was. You do not know an agent, you don't have a referral, and you are going to trust yourself that your will find a competent and effective agent who advocates on your behalf. I did not know Tony, and I was not referred to him. I went in blind and gave him an opportunity based on the first few conversations we had. I immediately changed from my credit union referred agent to Tony. The difference between the two could not have been more apparent. Tony was very responsive. If I left a voicemail, he returned my call. If I texted, he replied. He really knows his craft, and if there was a question he didn't have the answer to, he found the answer and got right back to me. I cannot emphasize enough how great his communication skills were. I was very selective on where I searched for a house and stayed to my budget. He was patient throughout my search. He helped me maximize my search efforts, and had plenty of knowledge and guidance. I found a home I am happy with, in the location i needed to be in, and I am thankful for his help in getting me there.
