Ive worked with many realtors over the years and chose Tony to help me with my sale and purchase in FL after getting to know him years ago as a rental agent. His personality is easy going and patient and his knowledge of the area and the going rates for sales and purchases is on the money. He informed me of what my property would sell for in a reasonable period of time and it sold at list price, while other similar properties still sit on the market for months at higher prices. Tony went out of his way to help me in a variety of ways from offering to clean up a sandy balcony when I was out of state and there was a showing scheduled, to showing up at a storage unit with his pickup truck and wife in a moments notice when I needed assistance. Mind you, we are not personal friends, this is just the kind of person he is. The sale process and complicated buy process went seamlessly and I will use him again and trust his instinct on the market as well as the fact that he had my best interests in mind, not his. The one time he was not available he had one of his agents, Tyler, call me and I barraged him with questions about a property at which point he immediately found me the answers and got back to me in the most friendly and pleasant manner. Tony put up with my numerous questions and showings without so much as a frown, making me feel he had no problem with my constant texts and phone calls. If you want a knowledgeable and honest agent who you can trust has your best interests in mind and will go out of his way for you then this is the agency for you.
