I am a hardworking, high-energy realtor who is known for getting things done. I have joined Express Realty with over 20 years of experience in hospitality management. In addition to hospitality, I have been an active buyer and seller of my own real estate investment portfolio, including 9 single-family flips, 7 Single Family Rental Properties, and a multi unit apartment building that I own and manage. I have 20 years of experience in managing rental properties and managing the renovations of my own investments. I grew up in South Shore KY alongside the Ohio River. I moved to Portsmouth Ohio after high school and graduated with my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Shawnee State University. In 2007 I decided to make Winston-Salem my forever home. I love Winston-Salem and thoroughly enjoy the many parks and theaters. I enjoy playing guitar, hiking, and working on my properties. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The first step is to know your budget. Sellers want to see you are serious so having proof of funds or a preapproval are mandatory in todays market.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Make your space inviting and neutral. Declutter, clean, and make sure your property will appeal to more people.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers, investors, sellers, for sale by owner, estates, and more
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently closed on a house with a client and it went so well that I was referred to a friend who I was able to close as well and it allowed me to have some repairs done on my clients home and thanks for the referrals.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
For the past 20 years, I worked in corporate America managing large and complex businesses, in addition to building, and managing a large rental portfolio of my own that included Airbnb’s and flips.
