Anthony was invaluable in helping us find a place to rent in NJ. We had some very specific requirements. We have a 50lb dog so it needed to be pet friendly. We wanted a yard for our pup and parking spots for when we get a car. We needed at least two bedrooms and wanted laundry and a dishwasher. and we needed to be within walking distance from an NJ Transit stop in order to commute into the city. Anthony helped us find multiple incredible places that fit our needs and was incredibly transparent about the process and different ways to give us a leg up in what is a saturated renters market right now. He explained the entire process to us and was available and communicative every step of the way. We were out of town for most of the month before we had to move, which was incredibly stressful, but Anthony eased our worries making sure he could give us a virtual tour and helping us get checks in to the proper places while we were on the other side of the country. I can't say enough good things about Anthony. So easy to work with and down to earth, but ambitious and knows how to make deals happen. If you're looking for someone to help you rent or buy in New Jersey, he's your guy!
