Anthony Schepis

Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. Prior to getting involved in real estate, my background includes a BS in Engineering and many years in technical sales. In 2004, at the urging of some friends, I became a full-time realtor. Since then, I have sold many, many properties as both buyer and/or seller agent. I have experience in many phases of the real estate market including short sales, foreclosures, estate sales, absentee ownership, conventional transactions, market valuations, etc. The early part of 2011, again, at the urging of some friends, I formed my own agency so that I can better service the needs of my clients, both sellers and buyers. I enjoy assisting my clients in the many aspects of the buying and selling process and ultimately, the appreciation expressed by my clients for making the entire process painless and smooth. I have even taken on tasks that some of my clients have found quite overwhelming; truly a full service agent. Living in the South Shore, my area of concentration covers towns from Quincy/Milton to the Cape and all towns in-between.
