I have a passion for real estate sales that is surpassed only by my knowledge of the Brevard market. My understanding of the local market aids me in understanding that not all sales are the same. I take each sale on a case by case basis putting my focus on customizing a sales strategy to the market whether it is a luxury waterfront property, or selling your first home, or investment property. I have been a professional real estate specialist since 2002 and a Broker Associate since 2007 and a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. I attribute my success as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer to my reputation for integrity, loyalty, fairness, and honesty among colleagues and clients; knowledge and competence in local and international residential sales; strict attention to details in MLS listings, contracts, and closings; and providing outstanding customer service through frequent contact with clients through cell phone, texting, e-mail and face to face. I have additional training in "Real Estate Owned and Short Sales," The RealtorsA(R) Essential Technology Toolbox" and "Tax Law Changes." I am a member of the Space Coast Association of RealtorsA(R), the National Association of RealtorsA(R) and the Florida RealtorsA(R). I also have a background in Aerospace Technology and hold a BS in Organizational Management from Warner Southern College. I have long believed in giving back to a community that has given me so much throughout my time on the Space Coast. Because of this, I supports the South Brevard Sharing Center and was instrumental in obtaining many auction items for the annual fundraiser for the center where over $50,000 was raised to benefit distressed families in Brevard County. I am also a member of the Cadillac & LaSalle Club, Inc, and can frequently be seen driving around town in one of my lovingly restored vintage Caddies. I love helping clients find the real estate to fit their needs and dreams.
