As a first time homebuyer, she was very helpful in going over the process in addition to adhering to budget and our must haves. She was very supportive during offer conversations and provided great communication overall. She was very prompt in scheduling showings on properties we were interested in (via the portal OR through our own searches) and there was always open communication with timely responses. She was also very knowledgeable and persistent when trying to obtain additional details from seller agents on homes we were interested in (number of offers, deadline for offers etc.) I would use Krysta again in a heartbeat as a realtor! :)

I hired 3 other agents over the course of 2 years trying to sell my home, continually running into issues with the agent just trying to lower the price for a quick sale. I have high expectations that I refused to lower. I initially called Tony on a Sunday afternoon; he answered the new phone number he didnt know and we talked for 30 minutes about the assistance I needed. When Tony came over to look at my house a few days later, he clearly directed me on the tactics we would use to sell my home and assured me we would settle for nothing less than asking price.
