As a first time homebuyer, she was very helpful in going over the process in addition to adhering to budget and our must haves. She was very supportive during offer conversations and provided great communication overall. As a single mom who was renting a home for 6 years, I had finally worked so hard to get to the point of buying my first house. I hired 3 other agents over the course of 2 years trying to sell my home, continually running into issues with the agent just trying to lower the price for a quick sale. I have high expectations that I refused to lower. I initially called Tony on a Sunday afternoon; he answered the new phone number he didnt know and we talked for 30 minutes about the assistance I needed.
