We used Anthony Rael to help us sell our condo and at the same time purchase a new home for our growing family. Working with Anthony was amazing! He was professional at all times and truly had our best interest in mind. He went over the contracts line by line to make sure we understood what were signing and the implications of each criteria that we agreed to. When you first meet Anthony he will go over what type of home you are looking for that will meet your family needs. Then he goes over what area you would like to live. Then the price he takes all of your information and matches up what is currently on the market. He sends updates as they come available. A simple call to him with a interest in a property and he arranges a time for a showing. He is very patient with his clients even when they view several homes until the right home is found, and low and behold its all the information that you gave him to when you first met with Anthony.

A stroke of luck brought us to Anthony. We were first time home buyers, and were really nervous about the whole process. Anthony was wonderful to us. He always took time to answer our questions and to explain things thoroughly. He was willing to show us as many houses as it took to find "the one", and was patient while we were making our selection. Anthony's patience was necessary because we had a bit of a roller coaster home buying experience. We made an offer on a house we loved, and were devastated when it didn't pass inspection. Anthony was there to give me a hug, counsel us, and assure us that we would find the right house. We found another one; it didn't really pass inspection either, so we decided to walk away. Anthony was very supportive of our choice, and, once again, assured us that we would find the right house. Finally, after looking at dozens of houses, making offers, going through inspections, and walking away, we found "the one". Our new house was worth the wait, and the roller coaster ride it took to find it. We couldn't be happier with Anthony as a realtor; he is truly spectacular. Even after closing he still checked in to see how the painting was going and when we were planning to move in.
