aEURoeDo you want the good news or bad news first?aEUR? was a common phrase that Tony would open our phone calls with. Usually, we said bad first, and he would inform us that we were just outbid on another property, but then he would quickly follow it up with aEURoewell, the next one will be betteraEUR?- and it always was! Tony was by our side through the highs and lows of the home buying process and brought a sense of humor and wit that was more than appreciated. When I brag about Tony to our friends and family, many of them ask if we knew him beforehand because of how it seems like we are talking about a friend we have known for years. Truthfully, from the moment we entered our first meeting with Tony, it was clear that he was patient, knowledgeable and honest. As first-time homebuyers during a tumultuous time for buyers especially, we were understandably extremely nervous and overwhelmed with the house buying process. However, Tony took the time to fully explain the process and reassured us every step of the way while still being open and honest with us about expectations. We will never use another realtor, and highly recommend Tony if you are in the market. After over a decade of renting, my wife and I decided to start looking for a permanent home in early 2021. Knowing we were entering a competitive field, we worked with a realtor team but were consistently outbid. After almost six frustrating months of trying, we put our search on hold. Where do I even begin? Tony has become our dearest friend by the end of our home buying process. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt with responses, and punctual. As first-time home buyers, we had absolutely no idea about the process or where to begin. Tony doesn't force anything on you to get the sale completed. Instead, he offers you his valuable input and lets you make the decision. We can't thank him enough for the countless hours he had spent with us on open houses, all while educating us about the property and the home buying process. From every step of the way, from submitting an offer, connecting to a lender, working through purchase and sale, acquiring home insurances, and closing, Tony, and the whole team, have only made the entire process seamless and effortless. We can't recommend him enough, especially if you're a first-time buyer/seller! He'll share his knowledge and look out for your interest. In the end, you'll have made a good friend for the rest of your life.
Were not sure how anyone could be better than Tony.We know buying a house in this market might seem crazy but we didnt feel that way because we had Tony. From day one (and this had been a long journey because we werent quite sure what we were looking for) Tony had our backs every step of the way: looking at countless houses, putting in an offer, inspection and closing.Responsive: No matter the time of day, Tony would be available to call or text. If we had any questions or wanted to discuss houses of interest, he was there to talk. We would text him a house we were interested in seeing and he would set up an appointment in minutes. He was always available to be there onsite himself.Knowledgeable: There was no question Tony could not answer (and we were not afraid to ask him a lot of stupid questions). He knew everything about houses. Every open house we went to Tony would explain something to us, and we would find other people (who had their own agents) listening in on what he was saying.Prepared: He also made sure that we were completely prepared to put an offer in on a house. He made sure we understood every step of the offer process before we even had interest in a house. He also made sure we knew exactly what was going on during the inspection and closing processes.Trustworthy: Tony also kept it very honest with us. He provided his opinions as if he were the one buying the house. That is how we knew when we finally got our house; it was the one we could confidently call home. The best negotiator: when it came to the back and forth on pricing after inspection, Tony took care of it all. All we had to do was sit back, relax, and wait for Tony to call and tell us the good news :) If we ever moved any place far from here (which is doubtful because we love our house), we would want to fly Tony out there with us, because we really couldnt imagine working with anyone else.
In the current market buying a home was crazy, but with Tonys help, guidance, and out of the box thinking we were able to move into our dream home. Throughout the process I never had to worry about anything because he was on top of it all and we just needed to worry about signing. When it came time to sell our home, which was something we have never done before, he walked us through what we needed to do to get the best offer and how the whole process would work in fee so. In the end , we closed with an offer much higher than asking. Tony was always available to answer questions, walk us through options, and provide support when we needed it. I dont plan on ever selling my dream home, but if I needed to, he would be my first call!
I enthusiastically recommend Tony for any and all real estate transactions. I could not have asked for a better realtor to sell my first home for me. I was apprehensive about the process (in addition to the difficulties of selling a home during a pandemic), but Tony handled everything with such incredible efficiency and attention to detail that my worries quickly dissipated. When a last-minute septic issue came up before closing, Tony was able to get all of the information needed from all the parties involved (engineers, the Board of Health, the buyer, etc.) and coordinate everything so that we could still successfully address the issues and complete the sale. Throughout all of this Tony was incredibly kind and accessible -- never more than a phone call or text away if I had any questions. On top of all of this, Tony got me an amazing price on my sale (way over asking) in a matter of days and a quick close -- exactly what I wanted! Tony was referred to me by a friend and I can see why. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend him highly for any real estate process you are considering.
Tony is a phenomenal broker and human being. He is so professional, patient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to family, friends and colleagues. He will spend extra time to understand his clients needs without rushing through the process.
