Marguleas has always believed in giving back to his community as a family man and community leader, so he created his life-changing give-back program seven years ago. With every home sale, Amalfi Estates gives 10% of its net commission to one of six charities: Make-a-Wish, Wags and Walks, The American Cancer Society, The People Concern (to help alleviate homelessness), Homeboy Industries, and Heal the Bay. He and his fantastic team have been fortunate to have donated over $2,000,000, helping 50,000 families since 2015.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Chad has to be the single most reliable, forthright, detailed, and professional real estate agent in all of Los Angeles and I'd venture to say all of California. Selling my home with Chad was simple, easy, and dare I say enjoyable.From day 1, Chad consistently did 3 things that won me over:1. He was honest and didn't sugarcoat. He would always explain things by telling me what the situation was, what his personal opinion was, and then asking me what I wanted to do. If I disagreed, he would run with my preference no questions asked.2. He told me exactly what he thought I needed to do to sell my house for the most money possible in the current market climate. He was detailed and thorough. He walked into our house the week before we were going to put it on the market and went room by room, item by item, and explained everything we "could" (he never insisted we had to) do to make sure we sold quickly and for the highest price.3. He takes personal ownership for everything from day 1. He never makes excuses and never lets a mistake happen twice.I would easily higher Chad again and again but honestly, I probably don't need to write this review. He's such a good salesman he could probably convince you to go with him without my recommendation.
