Before meeting Anthony, my wife and myself were in the housing market for about four months looking at houses in the San Diego and Temecula area. We were always getting outbid on houses we really wanted. At first, we virtually were introduced by Anthony on a Saturday night and we showed him five houses we wanted to see in the Temecula area. He was able to get all five houses and on top of that two new build communities scheduled the very next day. When we met Anthony in person on a early Sunday morning, he was very professional, listened to what we were looking for in a house and walked us every step of the way. As first time homebuyers, he was very patient and took the time to explain the pros and cons on new builds and second-hand houses. Through Anthony's guidance we decided it was in our best interest to purchase a new build. If it wasn't for Anthony's quick acting and expertise, we wouldn't be in a position to purchase a home in such a demanding market. In between signing a purchase contract and closing on our new home, Anthony always kept in touch and ensured we are doing great. He also provided us housing market updates on a regular basis. Anthony has a lot of connections in the housing industry, he referred us to a general contractor that can remodel our flooring and kitchen, a lawyer for placing our house on a living trust and home warranty companies.
