We were absolutely thrilled with Tony and Toni! We had been following Tony for some time. He was integral with getting our initial meeting out of the way, and he soon brought Toni in to the deal. We were concerned with Toni's involvement initially, but that went away quickly. Coordinating with BOTH Tony and Toni was SO easy, and anytime we reached out, either or both responded immediately. They were available to us every time we called, and we never felt like they were too busy or we weren't as significant as other clients may have been to them. When we had questions, they had answers. EVERY time. WITHOUT fail! We had a very specific house that required some tailored marketing. It took a little bit to find the right buyer, but they found them! We had open houses when they suggested, and if we wanted an open house at another time, they jumped right on it. We suggested signs be placed at additional specific intersections, they obliged immediately. We got a very fair asking price for the house, and the negotiations with the buyer's couldn't have gone better with their help. After the agreement on the sale and after planning a closing date, the customer service didn't end. They sent reminders as closing day came so we could plan and execute our own move without a hitch, and they made sure our "closeout" items in the house (utilities, other services, etc.) were done. We can't recommend highly enough Tony and Toni for your home, either selling or buying. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help!!

Toni was the best realtor we could hope for being first time house buyers! She guided us through the entire house buying process giving tips and tricks along the way. She worked extremely abnormal hours to tour and review documents and even on the day she was booked with other tours was checking in on our own tours we'd gone on with another team member. If you're buying a house definitely talk to Toni!
