Tony and Toni are amazing as usual! This is the second time we used them on a purchase and let me tell you they are the best! Tony got our listing up within a couple hours of our meeting, we had a buyer visit the next day, and a contract signed a couple days later. We were closed and sold and riding off into the sunset in less than a month! Honestly, it blew my mind. Did we get a little lucky with the speed to closing? Perhaps. But what really impressed me was the PROCESS that Tony followed. They clearly had built a detailed checklist for us, and she followed very diligently. No detail was missed - we got emails with to-do's and what to expect every step of the way. They worked for us even on evenings and weekends (which I thought was nuts). Everything we needed to do was always clear and worry-free. They dotted every i and crossed every t. Heck, even during closing, they made sure I didn't have to fill in any dates, and only needed to sign my name.
