Nancy helped us tremendously! She was there every step of the way. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were terrified to even start, but she connected us to the important resources. She helped us go to a first time homebuyer seminar, then even took us to the house (that we have now closed) even though I did not ask her! She went above and beyond to look for a specific house based on our price range, needs, and preferences! She was really good at communicating with us. She was very quick to respond and clearly told us what we need and what we need to know. Over time, she made buying a house seem a lot less daunting. Brayden was exceptional in helping us recently list and sale two different properties. We had some unusual issues with one of them and his knowledge of the Real Estate world helped answer our questions and helped the sale go through much easier than we expected.
