Highly, highly, highly recommend! We worked with Jason Rubenstein of Pine Barrens Realty. We had approximately 7 months to move from our rental and we decided to purchase a house. Jason was SUPER responsive, was in contact daily, listened to what we needed, had great insight and experience, worked with our tight budget, and landed us a house that we thought was out of our reach. He held our hands through the process and was well aware that we were in a stressful situation. He relieved our stress with a calm, cool, and collected demeanor, while making us laugh through the whole experience. We even looked forward to seeing him and had fun throughout the process. Whenever we got worried or had questions, no matter what it was, he replied to us right away and answered any questions we had and we felt like we were a top priority to him. I do not think you will find a better realtor, who has knowledge of the entire mortgage process, patience, professionalism, knowledge of what to look out for while house hunting and taught us a lot about what is good and bad with electric, plumbing, heating, etc. He steered us in the right direction. He did not push us into a purchase and if he saw a problem, he let us know right away! He had great connections to recommend to us as well and they all worked together amazingly. I barely had to do anything. I had to sign some papers and get checks from the bank and show up! Jason and his team worked wonders. I am so happy that we chose to work with him and we are definitely extremely ecstatic at how he made this into a seamless process. There are not enough words to describe how hard of a worker Jason is. He bent over backwards for us. I still can't believe we own a house!!! It would not be possible without Jason.
