As an out-of-state investor, having his local presence was critical. He was extremely fast to respond, knew local contractors and service providers that were amazing to work with, and kept his eye on the property, through the inspection until well after we closed. Adam recommended we get a sewage inspection contingency in our contract because he could tell something didn't look right. We did and because of this, saved thousands of dollars.
