I met Tony 28 years ago and I had just gotten out of the Army and was broke but with a good job. I did not qualify for any conventional financing and had let my VA loan be assumed when I moved so it was tough. Tony figured out a land contract rent to own till I was able to get a mortgage in 2 years. I have been in the same wonderful house since then. In 2020 I owned a house that I was renting and one call to him and he was able to assist our young hardworking tenants into being able to purchase their first home.
