First time homeowners, investors, USDA approved, FHA approved, and conventional buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Started working with a wonderful buyer who wasn't sure of which area he wanted to relocate to. Recommended a few local properties before realizing that the client would prefer to move further north which is normally out of my general service area, but I was determined to find the perfect home for this buyer. After several months of working with this client, I was able to assist him with securing a new construction home that he was completely satisfied with. I was very excited to see this one from first contact to close.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have family that is in the real estate industry so I became interested in becoming a real estate agent in my area.
