We had decided to begin scouting for a new home. By chance we ran into our neighbor and friend Anslee. She immediately offered to take us to homes of interest. Within 4 days we looked at a new home twice, and with her assistance, signed a contract. She provided an appraisal of our old home, arranged for pictures of it, and had it on the market within a few weeks. She counseled us on negotiations with potential buyers and the hurdles that accompany final closing. She responded promptly to all calls and counseled us during the invariable ups and downs when selling a home. When an inspection revealed a significant issue in the home we wanted, Anslee had a contractor examine it and provide a price for correction within days. When the buyer of our home experienced delays in approval of their loan, it was Anslee who contacted their loan officers and title company to make sure the closing went through. Anslee went above and beyond to help us navigate the process of buying and selling our homes. We would encourage anyone who plans to buy or sell a home to give Anslee a call.
