Anny was nothing less than exceptional! I am a California resident looking to purchase a 2nd home in the Chattanooga area. Being out of state and not able to physically see the properties, Anny would FaceTime me or send me videos while she showed the property. I felt as though I was there! If she didnt think the property had potential, or perhaps needed more work than I was willing to take on, she would tell me. She is knowledgeable of the surrounding areas, knows the schools districts, the Restaurants, the malls and shopping amenities, and so on! My wife and I met Anny Jones in 2014. In 2016 my wife decided she was ready to retire so we chose to divest several rental properties to fund her retirement. Anny has always brought qualified buyers to the table. She has always done a great job of negotiating for us and was able to get very close to our asking price with each property sale. She stayed in constant communication with us informing us of any interest in our properties. Anny is well informed of current market climates and gave us excellent feedback, advice and suggestions of directions to take. She easily sold every property we listed with her. Came to know Anny because she was my moms home purchasing agent. Plenty of experience (over 10years) including commercial. Her strengths are excellent communication (calls for every detail, replies immediately, hustle (works overtime, home late at night) and team approach. What did it for me was that she had a referral for every service I needed. The most important one being the loan. Anny has a loan team which she works very closely with. They call and text each other constantly to get things done. Very competent dynamics. Overall shes a go getter, but understands she must adjust to each client needs and speed... She is a family friend now and is going to get my cousin a home soon. I had try and failed prior to Anny and now write this review at my own home.
