We interviewed 4 RE agents from various companies. All were very experienced and capable. Something about AnnMarie stood out. First, she does the work herself, doesnt leave your showings to a junior. Second she sets up all showings in a way that lets buyers know there is a lot of interest. Third, she knew all the local details such as taxes, permits, what we needed. She did a comprehensive comparative and got us the best price possible, almost 10% over the neighbors same model house that sold 6 months earlier. She helped with many issues that came up and got us through them. This wasnt an easy one for us as we were downsizing a lot and uncertain about the time in between homes.
