Annie spent hours talking with us on the phone, FaceTiming with us to show us houses, and corresponding via email & text. When we came in town Annie spent all day showing our family houses. We brought our three kids and toward the end of the day when they were having meltdowns, Annie hung out with them in our car with her ipad so my husband and I could see the houses. She even made time for us the next day to go back to a house again (that was unexpected and unplanned). The whole time we were looking at houses Annie was so patient with us, answering all of our questions; there was no pressure to make a decision. The negotiation process was also stress-free and easy.
