I used Annie as I buyers agent because I was living in South Carolina. She was very nice and took me to several houses. She was very good at the process end of the transaction and has a lot of knowledge in buying and selling houses. She is eager to help. Unfortunately my experience took a bad turn. Annie showed me a few houses and was a wealth of information about the overall region. She asked great questions to find out our interests, and we had a lot of pleasant banter about ideas for fixing up some of the places we saw. While it was clear that this was an "exploratory" visit for me, I couldn't have asked for a more engaging and helpful guide.
