Annie made our first home buying experience as smooth as it could possibly be. She listened to our preferences and was quick to let us know if anything came on the market that she thought we would like. We toured a few houses and she never pressured us into rushing and submitting offers if we werent sure. When we found a house we really liked she was supportive and offered great suggestions on how to make our offer stand out. With 3 other offers on the table, ours was accepted 30 minutes after sending it in! Annie is a professional in every sense of the word. Being first time home buyers, we had an extremely challenging job at our hands - completing our move in less than 25 days due to change in jobs. Annie made the whole thing not only possible but also relaxing for us in this competitive buyers market. From getting us pre-approved to finding mortgage and closing companies along with home moving concierge services was like bread and butter for us with Annie. Thats how good she is. Not being overpromising or unrealistic throughout the whole process, she kept the whole process simple for us the buyers. She worked days and nights from showing us homes, to working with the different people including negotiations for offers, etc. I have to say some people do real estate for money whereas others do it for passion. She falls in the latter category. She took it as a challenge to find us aEURoeour homeaEUR? in 25 days while sure all paperwork was done efficiently, correctly and lawfully. From showing us the home herself while providing her own inputs as any person would if they have to think of it as their own home, to respecting our needs and preferences, it was all in her. She was empathetic at every step with us having 2 little kids and having to go through this process which can be overwhelming at times with a challenging deadline. Even after closing day, she still keeps in touch with us while still being extremely professional at all times.
