Annie was able to help us view a home we had been trying to see unsuccessfully. We were looking to purchase a home 500 miles from where we live. We had even contacted the listing agent of that home and it just seemed as tho we were getting no where until a zillow representative recommended Annie to help us. And she did great! She went to the home and took video to send us so we could preview the home before deciding to make the long journey to see it in person. We didnt end up purchasing that home but while there to see it, we looked at another home with Annie and decided to purchase it! We just closed on the home a few weeks ago and couldnt be happier! Did a reasonably long distance purchase and felt very comfortable with Annie covering all of the bases for us. A true professional, she knows what she is doing and what needs to be done in the real estate market. Not being residents of MI, Annie led us through the required paperwork and coordinated getting all of the required information.
