We recently worked with Jen for about a year. We were looking for more space and a forever home for our family after our second daughter was born. She represented us in the purchase of our new home, as well as the sale of our previous home. We cannot say enough good things about Jen! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate representation for several reasons. For starters, our transaction was a complicated one, as we had a contingent deal on the sale of our house in order to perform on the house we were in escrow for. There were so many different pieces of the puzzle for this to go through, and Jen remained confident, diligent, transparent and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a roller coaster at times due to factors out of our control, and she remained calm, optimistic and worked extremely hard and steadfast to see this to the finish line for us. We worked with her husband Mike as our lender as well, which made this deal work seamlessly and efficiently. We highly recommend him as well. Jen was able to get our previous home in Eastside Costa Mesa in escrow in less than two weeks! It was a record breaking sale as it was the highest price per square foot on our street. This was so crucial and helpful for us in the purchase of our new home, as we needed every penny to see this one through! She marketed our property like crazy, got a beautiful video made with drone footage, and had professional photographs done. She even last minute staged our master bedroom herself and had the photographer come back for a re-shoot when we thought they didnt come out right and covered the cost. She advertised it thoroughly on various social media outlets and e-mail blasts as well. In addition, some of Jens best and most apparent qualities are that she is extremely personable and communicative. It was like working with a close friend throughout the entire process (even though we had just met her!) which made the whole thing so much more enjoyable and fun too. She is a mom of three and so understanding (even scheduling meetings and calls during our baby's nap time so both of us could be present.) We felt so comfortable voicing our desires for what we were looking for in our new home, as well as what we were hoping to achieve with the sale of our home. At one point we even took a step back in the process as we were starting to feel a bit overwhelmed, and she couldn't have been more understanding, patient and kind about it. We never once felt pressured. We are now in our absolute dream home in Dover Shores and we are SO happy. We couldnt be more thankful to Jen and all of her hard work she did for our family.
