As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about the process and anticipated a lot of stress and headaches along the way. Instead, we ended up with the complete opposite: a smooth, stress free process that was actually fun! Annie is such a pleasure to work with. We interviewed several agents before choosing one, and when we spoke with Annie, we both knew she was who we wanted to work with. We were struck by how open and upfront she was, and her clear encyclopedic knowledge of the real estate business and the local market. In addition, she was warm, friendly, and funny, and she was absolutely wonderful with our three year old daughter (a trait that always endears someone to parents!) We were also impressed with her timely responses to communication. She was always immediately available by phone or text, and emails were answered within an hour or so at most (usually it was more like 5 minutes!)During our showings, Annie was a master at stepping back and allowing us to form our own opinions, and then pointing out things we might have overlooked or giving us her honest opinion about a property when we asked for her thoughts. When we finally found the house we wanted, she gave us the perfect advice on the type of offer that would be accepted (it was a multiple offer situation) and sure enough, we got the house! The rest of the buying process went very smoothly, and Annie always made sure we had the information and advice we needed to complete the steps in a timely manner. We closed on time with no hiccups and are now happily enjoying our new home!In short, we could not recommend Annie more highly as an agent. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with her, and when (if!) the time comes to sell our current home and buy another in the area, we will certainly make her our agent again!
