We were moving from California to the UK and Annie sold our house. She promised to pay for the remodel, but at the end she invoiced us for it, which cost us 20K. She also made some promises if we agreed to double her commission. We had to sign a contract taking advantage of our trust and the stress of our exceptional situation! We ended paying for the cost that was promised to be paid (20K) and the doubled commission.The whole experience was very upsetting.

There are so many wonderful things to say about Annie. It was in the very beginning of the Covid 19. My mother had passed. I really didn't know what to expect. Annie was referred to us. We had a great experience with Next Chapter. When our mom died and my brother, sister and I needed to sell the house, and we were overwhelmed. We didn't have to pay for anything up front. She organized the estate sale and we got a percentage of the profits. They had the house cleaned, staged and ready to sell within a month. We were so happy with how the house was marketed and we got multiple offers well over the asking price. Although it was a very emotional process, having Next Chapter coordinate everything and keep us all updated and involved as much as we wanted made it move faster and easier than if we were trying to do it all ourselves.
